PTFE Extruded Rod
Characteristics
PTFE extruded rods are produced with suspended PTFE resins through plunger extrusion process. Diameter is 4.3mm-80mm.PTFE extruded rods have excellent chemical-resistant, not aging,electric insulation, and low friction coefficient properties. It can work in the temperature of -180 ~ 260°C, under no load cases.
Applications
PTFE rod can be used as electrical insulating part, gasket, non-adhesive material etc.
Qualified
clean, white, smooth, no crack, no bubble, no mechanical damage, and pass test.
